After being told by other engineers that our heating system wasn’t compatible with the Thermostat Brad investigated and found that it could be made to work. He installed both devices and the TV to a very high standard. He was very tidy and friendly. He kept me informed thought out the work so I knew what was going on. I would use BTM Solutions again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done.
