Excellent service from BTM for doing a landlord's EICR at short notice - after being let down by another local contractor
After the initial enquiry to BTM - had a reply from Brad pretty rapidly, followed by a comprehensive quote and statement of works. He turned up when he said he would, did the job thoroughly, plus extra work at our property over and above expectations.
Overall great service, would definitely recommend! - whilst this was a relatively routine task, Brad has all the communication and business skills to work with customers - which is sadly rare with tradespeople these days!
